Life in a factory: TEAM

I saw someone put a quote on his side table notice board.
TEAM:
T - Together
E - Everyone
A - Achieve
M - More

It is true that together as a Team, we can achieved more.
TOGETHER we stand, TOGETHER we fall, TOGETHER we win, and we all work TOGETHER to achieve more. But ... once we achieved more, the bosses take the credit and the profit sharing. We will be back to a square one, working together as a team again on another project.

People also say: There is no "I" in the "TEAM".
True indeed, there is no alphabet "I" in the word "TEAM". So what do you want tell?
If there is no "I" in the "TEAM", then "I" am not part of the "TEAM" and U also not part of the TEAM. So who is in the "TEAM"?

If you tell me that I am "SICK", then try to replace I with U.
If I becomes SICK, U becomes SUCK!
