It is a normal to have a new staff joining a company. But ... this is abnormal for our factory. We already have a QA Manager and now another Manager joining as QA Manager, I don't know the new manager actual title, could be Senior Manager post.
If having 2 QA Managers is still not abnormal to you, then how about the fact that we only have 1 QA Engineer in this factory. 1 QA Engineer reporting to 2 QA Managers? That ridiculous for me. There could only be another possibility. The current QA Manager will be replaced with the new QA Manager.
It could be repeated as just what happened to our HR Manager last week. You see him in the morning doing his job and in the evening you see him being escorted out of the premise after receiving immediate termination notice.
